Connecting Vision, Expertise and the Market
On Tuesday, 16 December 2025, an online presentation of the business and marketing plan of the Vetrne Orgle® project was held via the Zoom platform, implemented within the European ST3ER project. The event brought together experts, mentors, partners and project supporters from the local and wider environment, providing a comprehensive insight into the results achieved to date and the future development directions of the project. The work of all stakeholders is grounded in a strategic document prepared for the next phases of project governance and management. Presentation of the Results
The event was moderated by Petra Kos, director of the Centre for Outdoor Design and Kos Joinery, who ensured a clear presentation of content, a structured discussion and the active engagement of participants through focused and integrative moderation.
When Vision Translates into Strategy: Professional Foundations of the Vetrne Orgle® Project
In the introductory part, Jože Kos, the conceptual leader of the Vetrne Orgle® project, presented the technical component of the business and development plan, outlining the situation before and after the ST3ER project. To support an understanding of the project’s evolution, he highlighted activities based on connecting people, space and nature.
The analytical assessment of the external and internal environment, a comparison with similar projects in the EU and Slovenia, business economics, options for organisational development and the project’s financial framework were presented by Margareta Guček Zakošek, MSc (Potencia – Business Consulting and Training). She highlighted the economic feasibility, cost structure and optimal scenarios for the project’s business performance.
The marketing component of the business plan was presented by Tadeja Jere Jakulin, PhD (SILT – Institute for Systems Research), with a focus on an integrated marketing strategy, strategic positioning of the project in connection with partnership strategies with municipalities, sales channels, pricing policy, and the project’s potential on both domestic and international markets. As the Vetrne Orgle® project is service-oriented, she also addressed marketing risk management and provided professional recommendations.
The concluding, more reflective segment was contributed by Janja Viher (SIV Agency – Business Consulting), who emphasised the importance of site identity and community understanding. She presented the project process from a mentoring perspective, the value of a supportive environment, and collaboration within the ST3ER framework. She expressed appreciation for the strong collaborative spirit and synergy among all participants.
